Order Processing

Vintage garments are one-of- a- kind and may retain characteristics of past wear. All vintage garments are final sale. Please check measurements carefully.

Currently, during the Covid-19 pandemic we are processing orders between 2-5 business days. Curbside pick-up in Los Angeles, CA is available for all orders. Please email info@needleinahaystack.com with any questions.

Shipping & Handling 

Please allow at least 48 hours to process and ship your order. We ship through the US Postal Service for domestic orders

Domestic Orders

All orders are shipped with free tracking through the US Postal Service. Most packages are mailed with Priority Mail, and take up to a week for delivery. Needle in a Haystack is not responsible for any damages to packages while in transit.

International Orders

We ship orders to anywhere in the world from Los Angeles, CA. International orders are shipped First Class and do not include tracking. If you would like to use a premium service that includes tracking, please contact us for a quote. Allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. Rates vary based on weight and individual countries. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may be applied.
